“One to One” stands for “Two Elements, One Soul.”
Every single one of us, regardless of gender, has both masculine and feminine energies. The masculine and feminine are contrary forced, with the masculine representing actions and logic and the feminine creativity and emotions. These energies are continuously intertwined and interdependent, with one completing the other.
The feminine in this piece is an earth energy. She appears to have a calm and grounded exterior, with water flowing steadily above her earthy shell. But at the core, her scorching hot flames are inconsolable as they burst with passion and desire.
The masculine is a water energy with hints of air around him. He may appear cold and detached at the first glance. But when you dive deeper past the icy surface you discover the intricate depths of his being. The swirling pools of water are pushed in multitude directions by the air, delicately caressing the earthy layer.
When the two converge in union, they create the perfect balance of all elements – earth, water, air and fire. His water flows gently contains her earth, while his air ignites her inner fire.
